Greatly increase turnbuckle strength and overall reliability while reducing overall weight with our Grade 5, USA Made 4mm Titanium Turnbuckle Kit. This kit is especially designed for those that currently have plastic links, are using older generation 3mm diameter turnbuckles or for those that want a stronger option than Chinese steal. If you are upgrading from plastic links or 3mm links you will need the Traxxas rod ends listed below. We include the fasteners where needed.
Kit Features:
- 4mm nut for easy turnbuckle adjustment.
- Increased strength and reduction in weight compared to plastic and/or steel links.
- Converts lower end models or older models to fully adjustable 4mm turnbuckles.
- All necessary fasteners included for the conversion. (Rod ends are not included for those that are upgrading from plastic links or 3mm diameter tie rods. Rod ends needed are noted below).

2 - 4mm x 40mm Titanium Turnbuckles (Rear Camber) For use with Traxxas rod end TRA5347
2- 4mm x 50mm Titanium Turnbuckles (Front Camber). For use with Traxxas rod end TRA5347
2 - 4mm x 60mm Titanium Turnbuckles (Steering). For use with Traxxas rod end TRA5347
4 - 3mm x 16mm Phillips Head Screws. For use when upgrading from plastic links. (inner steering/inner front camber link)
8 - 3mm x 20mm Phillips Head Screws. For use when upgrading from plastic links. (outer steering/outer front camber link, rear camber link)
6 - 3mm Zinc Nyloc Nuts. For use when upgrading from plastic links. (steering links, outer front camber link)Grade 5 Titanium is roughly a 45% weight savings over steel.
